Hotel Bad Schachen has one of the loveliest wellness facilities on Lake Constance, the Schachen Bad & SPA. A comprehensive range of indoor swimming pool, Rasul bath, a spacious sauna area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna and brine steam bath as well as a fitness room and a variety of soothing treatments await you in an area of over 1000 m². Relax on our lawn or on the water beds in the relaxation room. Day guests are welcome!

You will find us at the Bad Schachen Hotel (separate entrance) – Bad Schachen 1, D-88131 Lindau.

SPA etiquette

Schachen Bad & SPA is a place to feel good, physically relax, revitalise for your spirits and harmonise your soul.

In order to ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum. Please switch off your mobile phone and note our general smoking ban.

Take your time before you come to a treatment appointment. Our employees will be happy to advise you before each treatment to ideally match your valuable leisure time to your needs and wishes.

Clothing

We keep a bathrobe, terry slippers and towels ready for you. As a hotel guest, you are welcome to come to us in a bathrobe using the SPA lift.

Preparation

A warm shower shortly before treatments relaxes and ideally prepares the skin for our care products and oils.

Communication

Talk to our staff and please let us know your personal needs and wishes, ideally when booking the treatment. The right music at the right volume, the perfect oil or your preferred room temperature are just a few points to make your visit a very a special wellbeing experience.

Children

Children and adolescents under 16 have no access to saunas or fitness rooms.

Lymphatic drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a decongestive treatment for oedema. Gentle kneading and long strokes are used to stimulate lymph drainage, eliminate stagnation and improve blood return flow. At the same time, lymphatic drainage has a purifying and detoxifying effect.
